HIV Prevention Planning Council (HPPC)
The HPPC develops priorities for HIV prevention in the East Bay.
Composed of community activists, HIV professionals and others,
the Council also administers the grants process for federal HIV
prevention dollars. The HPPC meets on a regular basis, with all
meetings open to the public. Individuals from the community may
apply to become council members.
HIV Services Planning Council (HSPC)
The HSPC develops priorities with respect to Ryan White CARE Act
- Title I funds. Its membership is by application and is composed
of a diverse range of community members and HIV professionals.
The Council meets monthly with all meetings open to the public.
